Six things that move the quote
There is no flat rate, and the number is not a mystery either. These are the things that decide what soft washing comes to on your property in Naples.
Wall area and height
A single-storey home in Naples Park and a two-storey in Pelican Bay with tall gables need different amounts of solution, reach and time. The walls are what we are washing, so the walls set the base.
How heavy the growth is
A light green haze needs one application and a normal dwell. A north wall that has gone black after years without a wash needs a stronger mix, longer dwell and often a second pass.
Pool cage
The cage is framing and screen on every side and across the top. A cage over a small pool is a modest add; a two-storey cage over a large lanai is a job of its own.
