Match the pressure to the surface
Concrete and pavers take a surface cleaner on a 3,000 PSI machine. Stucco, paint, screens, roofs and wood get a low-pressure soft wash where the cleaning mix does the work. Same crew, two very different tools, and we pick the right one before the hose comes off the truck.

My roof has black streaks. Is that roof washing or soft washing?
Roof washing. It is a soft wash done on the roof itself, with a roof-strength solution and no pressure. Soft washing is the same method on the walls, screens and cage. Text a photo to 239-200-0912 and we will tell you which one the job needs.
Can you do the roof, the house and the driveway in one visit?
Yes, and it is the usual order: roof first so the runoff goes down, then walls and cage, then the driveway and pool deck last. One quote covers the lot.
Should I seal my pavers right after you wash them?
Not the same hour. Pavers have to dry fully first, and in Naples humidity that can mean the next day. We plan the wash and the seal as two steps around the weather.
Do you clean the windows after a house wash?
Yes, if you book it. A soft wash leaves the glass rinsed but not detailed, so window cleaning is its own service with screens and tracks. Ask for both when you call 239-200-0912.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses force on hard surfaces like concrete and pavers. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at garden-hose pressure on anything that force would damage, like stucco, roofs and screens.
