Booking and pricing
How quotes work, what moves the number, and when we work.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text 239-200-0912, or send the quote form with your address and what needs cleaning. We quote each job on its own, so you get one number before we start.
What does it cost?
It depends on the surface, the square footage and how much growth or staining is on it, so we quote every job instead of posting prices. Text a photo of the driveway or the roof to 239-200-0912 and we will come back with a number.
What hours do you work?
7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Can I book more than one service on the same day?
Yes. Roof, house, driveway and windows on one visit is common. Tell us everything you want done and we will quote it as one job.

Roofs, walls and screens
Everything that gets a soft wash instead of pressure.
Will pressure washing damage my roof, stucco or paint?
Not the way we do it. Roofs, stucco, painted surfaces and screen enclosures are soft washed at low pressure with a cleaning solution that does the work. High pressure stays on concrete and pavers. Ask which method your surface needs and we will tell you.
Why can't a roof be pressure washed?
Pressure strips the granules off shingles, loosens tile and pushes water under the roof. The black streaks are algae, and a low-pressure wash with the right solution kills it at the root. If someone offers to pressure wash your roof, say no.
Do you do pool cages and lanais?
Yes. Screen enclosures, lanai floors and pool decks are some of the most common jobs we do in Naples. Cages are soft washed so the screen is never hit with pressure.
Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants or lawn?
We wet the beds and lawn down before we start, keep the mix off the plants and rinse everything again when we finish. That is how soft washing is done around landscaping.

Driveways and pavers
Concrete, rust stains and sealer.
How often should a driveway be washed in Naples?
Most Naples driveways are ready again after about a year. Shaded, north-facing and sprinkler-hit concrete goes green and rust-stained faster. Text a photo and we will tell you if it is time.
Can you remove the rust stains on my driveway?
Usually, yes. Rust from well-water sprinklers needs a dedicated rust remover, not more pressure. Text a photo to 239-200-0912 and we will tell you what will come out.
How long does paver sealer last?
In the Florida sun and rain, plan on re-sealing every 2 to 3 years. Sealer needs a dry window of 24 to 48 hours, so it is scheduled around the weather.

What areas do you serve?

What do you clean?
Pressure washing for driveways, pool decks and walkways, soft washing for stucco, siding and pool cages, roof washing, paver sealing, window cleaning and gutter cleanout. You can book more than one on the same visit.
How long have you been in business?
Dolphin Pressure Washing started in March 2023 in Naples, so 3 years of washing driveways, roofs and pool cages around town.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Most exterior work happens with nobody home. Leave the gate unlocked, keep pets inside and let us know if a hose bib is off. We text when we arrive and when we are done.
